Director
Oladimeji Bolarinwa is an astute Biomedical Scientist with years of professional experience across Nigeria, Germany, and the United Kingdom. He is one of the co-founders of Europe-Africa Solutions (EARSO), a global consultancy company based in Bonn, Germany. Oladimeji holds a postgraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has worked as a researcher in the Genetic Engineering Unit at the University of Applied Sciences, Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in Germany; as a Medical Scientist at Centogene, also in Germany; and as a Senior Biomedical Scientist across several NHS Trusts in the United Kingdom. Creating an affordable and easily accessible platform for quality education has always been a passion for Oladimeji Bolarinwa. This vision ultimately led to the birth of Luminary College, established alongside other like-minded innovators.

Provost
Olawale Oyekunle provides strategic academic leadership and administrative oversight for Luminary College. With over twelve years of experience, he is dedicated to advancing academic excellence, fostering innovative teaching and research and ensuring the integrity and relevance of our academic programs. His leadership is informed by a strong foundation in accounting, strategic management principles from his MBA, and the specialized investigative rigor of a Fellow of the Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers (FAFAR). This unique combination drives his commitment to operational transparency, evidence-based decision-making and the creation of a dynamic learning environment that prepares students for global success. As the chief academic officer, Provost Oyekunle works collaboratively with faculty, staff and students to champion a culture of intellectual curiosity, ethical scholarship and inclusive educational excellence.

Titilola Aboyade-Cole, widely known as CoachTAC, is an accomplished Educator, Leadership Strategist, and Academic Systems Consultant with a distinguished track record in institutional governance, curriculum alignment, and organisational transformation. With over two decades of experience, she specialises in designing and implementing frameworks that enhance academic integrity, operational efficiency, and learner success across diverse educational and professional environments. Professionally, she is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and holds qualifications in Project Management and Scrum/Agile practices, enabling her to embed coaching psychology, structured execution, and iterative improvement into academic and administrative systems. This blend of soft-skills mastery and hard-skills methodology allows her to design learner-centred processes that are both humane and rigorously standards-driven. Through the International Institute of Leadership & Management (IILM), she has led the development of executive education programmes, digital learning pathways, and professional certification frameworks. Her work spans curriculum design, faculty coordination, quality assurance mechanisms, and learner progression models, supporting professionals across Africa and the diaspora to upskill in leadership, management, and future-of-work competencies. Beyond the classroom, CoachTAC is a serial entrepreneur and social impact advocate. She is the driving force behind multiple ventures in hospitality, media, real estate, and education, as well as the TAC Foundation, which focuses on community upliftment, youth empowerment, and practical support initiatives. This business and foundation experience gives her a robust understanding of institutional sustainability, governance, stakeholder management, and the real-world application of academic outcomes. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in excellence, accountability, structure, and legacy-building. She is known for transforming fragmented processes into coherent systems, establishing governance frameworks that protect institutional standards, and championing digital and agile methodologies that modernise academic administration. Whether crafting policy, refining curricula, professionalising student records, or strengthening partnerships, CoachTAC is committed to building institutions that are not just compliant, but exemplary.
