A note from our Director

Education was not invented by any race or group in the world. Any child born into this world is educated right from infancy about survival skills and how he or she must relate to his or her environments. The teachers are either the parents, neighbours or even "nature". This form of education is called informal education. The structuring and organization of this informal learning process gave rise to what we now call formal education. Luminary College hopes to use 21st century tools to create an army of resourceful, responsible, patriotic and brilliant youths that will take Africa to the next level of human development.
